He returns to competitive chess, now aware of the ethical complexities it presents, and ultimately reconciles with his father, finding redemption and self-forgiveness. The chessboard becomes a metaphor for life, where strategic choices, sacrifices, and the weight of consequences shape Uno's journey towards self-discovery and acceptance.
